摘要

建立协调的粮食体系,是支撑经济发展、保护自然环境、维护社会成果的基础。本文选取了粮食产量大、粮食制度丰富的三个国家——美国、印度和巴西作为研究对象。首先,建立了基于主成分分析法和层次分析法的粮食系统EPES综合评价模型,实现了对3个国家尺度粮食系统4个子系统的综合评价;并对评价模型中的消费者物价指数进行了敏感性分析。
