Service for ordering e-journal articles and e-books, 7). SKBP (library free certificate). The method used is a literature study. The data sources for this paper are the USU Library's web and social media. The results of this study are 1). Access: convenience and facilities, 2). Content: number of types, and organization, 3). 摘要

正如南洋大学图书馆的校训“图书馆是大学的心脏”,南洋大学的学术团体当然需要图书馆的服务。由于2019冠状病毒病大流行,南乌拉尔州立大学面临着继续提供北苏门答腊大学学术界可以利用的最佳服务的问题。本文旨在解释和发现USU图书馆在“流行病带来的灾难”这一优秀服务中所做的创新。提供的优质服务有:1)Turniti测试服务,2)大学图书馆图书订购服务,3)分馆图书订购服务,4)短借馆藏图书订购服务(KPS), 5)学生期末专题服务,6)电子期刊文章和电子书订购服务,7)SKBP(图书馆免费证书)。使用的方法是文献研究法。本文的数据来源是USU图书馆的网站和社交媒体。本研究的结果是:1)访问:便利性和设施;2)内容:类型的数量和组织;3)搜索设施:搜索系统,以及结果的显示。
