摘要

针对用户处于基于级别的层次结构中的应用,提出了一种新的访问密钥分配方案。该方案基于中国剩余定理(CRT)和基于rabin的安全公钥密码体制,具有以下特点:(1)每个用户都可以为较低安全级别的用户导出密钥,且不允许反转;(2)密钥生成和推导算法简单;(3)用户和密钥选择灵活;(4)可以保证语义安全,防止低权限用户的攻击。
