The acetylene content in different stages of fault development was measured, and the gas distribution model was statistically analyzed. On this basis, based on the P-R curve, the attention value and warning value of acetylene content during the development of two kinds of faults are calculated, and the difference of threshold values of different oilpaper materials is compared. 摘要

乙炔含量是变压器故障诊断的重要指标之一。由于个别变压器的不同,乙炔气体的含量差别很大。采用单一阈值可能导致误报或漏报诊断结果。石油中气体阈值的差异越来越受到重视,但石油中乙炔气体阈值的差异特征及其影响因素尚不清楚。本文利用10kv试验变压器和故障室搭建了销板和柱板故障下产气扩散模拟试验平台。测量了断层发育不同阶段的乙炔含量,并对气体分布模式进行了统计分析。在此基础上,基于P-R曲线计算了两类断层发育过程中乙炔含量的关注值和警戒值,并比较了不同油纸材料的阈值差异。结果表明,不同油纸材料和故障下的乙炔阈值存在明显差异,利用计算得到的差分阈值可以提高基于油色谱的故障诊断的灵敏度和准确性。
