KONTRIBUSI PAJAK HOTEL, PAJAK RESTORAN, PAJAK HIBURAN, PAJAK PARKIR DAN PAJAK REKLAME TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) KOTA BALIKPAPAN

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetauhi seberapa besar tingkat pencapaian kontribusi pajak hotel, pajak restoran, pajak hiburan, pajak parkir dan pajak reklame terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah kota Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari realisasi pendapatan asli daerah pemerintah kota Balikpapan selama lima tahun (2016-2020) dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelima pajak memiliki kontribusi dan efektivitas yang cukup fluktuatif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah.Kata kunci: kontribusi, efektivitas, pendapatan asli daerah. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how big the contribution level of hotel tax, restaurant tax, entertainment tax, parking tax and advertisement tax is to the increase in local revenue of Balikpapan city. This study uses secondary data taken from the realization of the local government of Balikpapan city government for five years (2016-2020) and uses data collection techniques with quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study indicate that the five taxes have a fairly fluctuating contribution and effectiveness towards increasing local revenue.Keywords: contribution, effectiveness, regional revenues consisting.
