The method used in this research is qualitative method. The background of this research is the re-Himmah: education camp system that runs by the Chinese government towards the Uyghur community in Xinjiang and other forms of human rights violations. The researcher use the International Organization (IO) and International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) theories as a framework. The level of analysis used by the researcher for this study is international system. This study then found the answer that OIC tend to be passive and indecisive in responding this issue, while WUC still needs to work harder in its efforts to get the Chinese government to immediately stop its repressive actions against the Uyghurs community.
