And it is also a measure that makes the world less dependent on exhaustible sources. Among them we highlight the solar. The growing development of the technology of capturing and converting solar energy into electricity is increasingly favoring the installation of solar panels. All the relevant factors affecting the purchase decision and the level of satisfaction presented by the customers installing solar photovoltaic panels installed in their homes were identified and mapped. From fuzzy logic, more specifically fuzzy cognitive maps, was quantified how satisfied these clients can be.
