Pengaruh Kaderisasi dan Komunikasi terhadap Partisipasi Politik Kader Partai Keadilan Sejahtera di Kota Bekasi

This research aims to know whether there is effect or not: 1) forming cadres to the political participation; 2) communication to the political participation; and 3) forming cadres and communication to the political participation. Populations of this research are PKS’ cadres (in this case core cadres) in Kota Bekasi numbering to ± 700 persons. Due to the population are homogeneous, the sample is taken by simple random sampling. Determination of total samples in this research is at the level of error 10%, which should be numbering to 195 persons, and it is finally rounded up to 200 persons. Dependent variable of this research is political participation. While independent variable is forming cadres and communication. Dependent and independent variable data are collected by using questioner. Data of the research result are analyzed by using analysis technique 1) simple correlation; 2) double correlation; 3) partial correlation; 4) simple linear regression; and 5) double linear regression. Level of significant is α = 0.01. The result of research shows that first, there is positive and significant effect of forming cadres to the political participation numbering to 97.08%. It means, the better implementation of forming cadres is also better for the political participation of PKS’ cadres in Kota Bekasi. Second, there is positive and significant effect of communication to the political participation numbering to 96.73%. It means, more effective and efficient communication makes better political participation of PKS’ cadres in Kota Bekasi. Third, there is positive and significant effect of forming cadres and communication jointly to the political participation numbering to 97.59%. It means, better implementation of forming cadres followed by efficient and effective communication, it is also becoming better political participation of PKS’ cadre in Kota Bekasi.
