The study is a combination of exploratory and confirmatory approaches. The study was conducted on a sample of 324 human services professionals for EFA, hence 264 professionals were approached for CFA. Psychometric properties of scale were established where the range of alpha reliabilities are .70 to .92 of subscales. Implications for counselors, administration and policy makers are discussed.
