摘要

本文对褐母鸡蛋壳色素沉着的机理及影响色素沉着的因素进行了研究。建立了原甲腈- ix测定鸡蛋壳棕色的方法,特别是该复合高荧光单体(有色色素)。这种色素在输卵管子宫上皮细胞中合成。任何干扰这些细胞合成色素的可能性或保证角质层沉积的因素都会对蛋壳颜色强度产生负面影响。
