Active-MMI SOA on Quantum-Dots toward High Saturation Output Power under High Temperature
We demonstrate high saturation output power under high temperature (75°C) by using active-MMI SOA on quantum dot. Significant enhancement of 15 dBm saturation output power was confirmed successfully.
