摘要

针对果蔬废弃物处理模式缺乏科学合理的评价体系,本文采用模糊层次分析法建立科学合理的评价体系,同时利用Matlab软件对所需数据进行计算,查询处理模式评价模型和适合果蔬废弃物的处理模型。结果表明:1。CRD3>D4>D1,因此在果蔬废弃物的处理模式选择时优先选择D2压预处理的沼气发酵和厌氧(沼气肥资源)模式。
