摘要

本研究以信息系统(IS)成功模型和技术接受模型(TAM)为基础,采用服务质量和顾客满意度理论,探讨旅游网站持续使用的意向。由于通过互联网比较价格和行程方便的优势,如何在自己的网站上吸引潜在客户的眼球一直是相关旅游行业企业的首要课题。本研究提出了包含信息质量、系统质量、服务质量、感知可玩性、感知易用性、感知有用性、客户满意度和持续意图等构念的框架,并推断该框架能够有效阐明潜在客户持续使用意愿的机制。
