How to measure dynamic and static parameters of ADC accurately and efficiently is most crucial for high-speed data converters. The ADC static and dynamic parameters testing theory is presented, and a description of the hardware environment and software system is given in detail. Measurement using FFT based on Matlab is also discussed.
