Salah satu organisasi yang memberdayakan kelompok difabel di Kota Bengkulu yaitu Mitra Masyarakat Inklusif (MMI). Keberadaan MMI sangat membantu kelompok masyarakat penyandang disabilitas sehingga masyarakat tersebut mampu menjadi pelaku UMKM yang mandiri dan memiliki daya saing serta tentunya dapat meningkatkan perekonomian. Unit usaha yang dimiliki MMI dalam memberdayakan kelompok disabilitas yaitu sektor jasa dan perdagangan seperti percetakan printing, konveksi, pembuatan kain basurek, laundy serta produk makanan dan minuman. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk-produk kelompok disabilitas di Kota Bengkulu melalui penerapan teknologi pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan digunakan yaitu lesson study dengan tahapan persiapan pelatihan digital marketing, pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi pelatihan pemanfaatan sosial media untuk mempromosikan produk dan pelatihan pembuatan konten iklan produk, serta monitoring praktik pemasaran dengan menerapkan teknologi digital oleh mitra dan evaluasi. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu mitra memiliki skills dalam memanfatkan teknologi digital marketing berupa penggunaan market place melalui aplikasi Tokopedia dan Google Bisnisku sebagai tempat transaksi jual beli, penggunaan media sosial Facebook Ads dan Instagram Ads untuk mempromosikan produk-produknya, serta mengetahui cara pembuatan konten iklan dan pengemasan/packaging produk yang menarik bagi konsumen. Economic empowerment for people with disabilities in Bengkulu City is very important as an effort to give them ability so that they can carry out their economic activities like people with perfect physical conditions. One of the organizations that empowers disabled groups in Bengkulu City is Inclusive Community Partners (ICP). The existence of ICP is very helpful for groups of people with disabilities so that the community is able to become independent and competitive MSMEs actors and course can improve the economy. The business units owned by ICP in empowering disability groups are the service and trade sectors such as printing, convection, manufacture of basurek cloth, laundry and food and beverage products. This service aims to increase sales of disability group products in Bengkulu City through the application of digital marketing technology. The implementation method used is lesson study with the stages of preparation for digital marketing training, the implementation of the training includes training on the use of social media to promote products and training in product advertising content creation, well as monitoring marketing practices by applying digital technology by partners and evaluation.
