摘要

针对单相三电平中性点箝位级联整流器(3LNPC-CR)模块间直流电压不平衡的问题,提出了一种序列脉冲调制(SPM)策略。调制通过三个步骤实现各模块直流侧电压平衡:(1)相位配置计算;(2) SPM发生器;(3)秩函数。此外,这种调制还避免了电网侧的“电压电平跳变”现象,可以有效降低开关的频率。仿真和实验验证了所提调制方法的正确性。
