The Petri net and fuzzy reasoning are combined to establish a fuzzy Petri net model for fault diagnosis. Among them, the FPN is used to represent the fuzzy generation rule, and the Petri net’s transition activation rule is used for fault diagnosis and reasoning, so as to analyze the causal relationship between the abnormal behavior processes, and the feasibility of the occurrence relationship between the faults and the frequency of the faults are reversed. Reasoning, accurate and fast to find the root cause of the fault, compared with the traditional fault diagnosis method, the method can quickly and accurately find the cause of the fault, reduce the repair time, take the hydraulic system fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools as an example A fuzzy Petri net-based diagnostic model is established. The correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by simulation analysis.
