Then, based on the perspective of aggregator side, the six functions of the middle-level aggregation management and control platform for pure electric heavy truck charging and changing station are constructed. Finally, based on the perspective of load side, the lower-level intelligent edge terminal of pure electric heavy truck charging and changing station is summarized, and the functional module is constructed from the three aspects of data processing, resource management and optimization control. 摘要

在“双碳”战略目标的不断推进下,重卡“油改电”发展势头强劲,纯电动重卡成为物流运输的主要方式。提出了纯电动重卡集群与电网友好交互的聚合调控总体方案设计。首先,从解决的问题、技术创新点、部署框架和功能框架四个维度对聚合调控系统进行了阐述。其次,基于电网侧视角,设计了纯电动重卡集群上层交互控制平台的综合功能和应用场景。然后,基于聚合器侧的视角,构建了纯电动重卡充换站中层聚合管控平台的六大功能。最后,基于负载侧视角,对纯电动重卡充换站底层智能边缘终端进行了总结,并从数据处理、资源管理和优化控制三个方面构建了功能模块。本文设计的聚合调控总体方案有助于实现纯电动重卡集群与电网的友好交互,进一步提高电网的安全稳定运行。
