The bugs in determined line was counted. 摘要

目的:研究印尼西苏门答腊岛阿甘市巴图帕拉诺地区白菜植物中紫斑蝶的种群密度。研究设计:有目的随机抽样。研究地点和时间:研究于2022年11月至2023年1月在印度尼西亚西苏门答腊阿甘县巴图帕拉诺的卷心菜植物和印度尼西亚北干巴鲁廖内大学农学院害虫实验室进行。方法:采用有目的随机抽样的方法,在野外采集黄颡鱼。白菜种植面积400平方米。采用扫网和徒手直接采集。选取四个地点作为采样地点。取样植物占每个地点植物总数的10%。在每个位置,绘制一条对角线来确定采样植物。±67株植物排成一条对角线。系统地确定了对角线上的植物。对确定的线路中的bug进行计数。每个地点的观测于上午10:00 - 12:00进行。结果:巴图帕拉诺菜地叶螟种群密度为0.06只/株。结论:紫锥虫对巴图帕拉诺大白菜不构成有害生物。
