摘要

针对供应链管理环境下供应商评价与选择的研究,本文从供应商核心竞争力的角度,结合生态位理论,从生态位生存能力、发展能力、竞争体系三个维度构建供应商核心竞争力评价;采用熵权法对各指标赋值权重,构建生态位宽度、适宜性、重叠度模型和VIKOR综合评价模型,利用MATLAB软件计算、分析各供应商的整体发展状况,选择最佳供应商。
