摘要

随着结直肠癌患者人数的不断增加,在医疗实践中需要建立一种利用内镜图像的计算机辅助诊断支持系统。希望实现计算机辅助诊断,从内镜图像中自动分类良/恶性息肉。肿瘤的生长需要血管的生长,血管是向癌细胞提供氧气和营养的供应途径,因此准确的血管结构分析具有潜在的重要性。本文利用血管的潜在几何信息,提出了一种新的血管分析方法,旨在实现内窥镜的计算机辅助诊断。
