The mobile terminal based indoor positioning, push in the place where the indoor personnel information of the area around the building structure, by means of a mobile terminal display of geographical space structure, the evacuation can intuitively grasp the incident scene and its development trend. 摘要

为了服务于城市防灾减灾和应急管理,设计了一套大型公共建筑应急疏散导航系统移动端智能消防系统。该移动终端基于室内定位,推送室内人员所在区域周围建筑结构的信息,通过移动终端显示地理空间结构,疏散人员可以直观地掌握事件现场及其发展趋势。研究成果可用于复杂建筑中各种突发事件的演练,得到疏散的最优路径,提供准确、及时、可视化的疏散计划,有助于提高工作人员应对火灾等突发事件的能力,进而也可以完善中国公共事件应急管理体系,为灾害风险管理体系提供有益的参考。
