For the technical condition evaluation of ground-based TT&C network, data set composed of TT&C equipment’s technical parameters is collected, and an evaluation model based on generalized radial basis function network is proposed, then the weights of TT&C equipment as TT&C network component are given by applying analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
