摘要

五行思想的产生早于《易经》,后来在汉代逐渐与易学相融合,产生了易学五行观。本文从易学五行的角度出发,提出了《四季饮食:以易学五行思想为指导,调节人的身体健康》。并结合五谷五果五色来探讨其思想价值,从个人营养向国家政治治理的过渡,进而为我国当前的政治体制改革提供智力支持。
