1997年以来,中国职业技术教育体制发生了许多创新。该系统中的1200所学校由中等职业技术学校升级为高等专科学校,以满足教育政策的要求。本研究的目的在于认识组织变革和转型的过程和战略选择,并寻找这一现象的理论含义。不同的组织行为取决于组织的年龄和规模。组织技术复杂性决定了教育组织未来发展的共性或特殊性。研究结果将有助于制定教育政策,并对教育组织变迁与发展的意义进行批判。
