The proposed method allows the traffic light controller to control the timing of traffic lights in the emergency situations and also effectively disseminate the data to the vehicles moving towards the junction informing them about the condition of the junction. 摘要

随着城市交通量的增加,以路口交通事故为主的交通事故也在不断升级。由于路口事故数量巨大,迫切需要一种方法来尽量减少路口附近的事故。本文提出了一种智能交通信号的方法,以及有效的数据传播,通知车辆在路口附近停止,加速或减速,以最大限度地降低总体事故率。所提出的方法允许交通灯控制器在紧急情况下控制交通灯的时间,并有效地将数据传播给驶向路口的车辆,告知他们路口的情况。该算法比传统的交通灯控制系统具有更好的性能。
