When training alone for one-on-one situations, the player lacks an opponent; therefore such training lacks a realistic aspect. The proposed system uses a software to provide a single trainee with an appropriate opponent. To train an offence player, the system monitors and analyzes the body movements of an offensive player, providing a counterpart movement with the silhouette of a visualized defense, whose functions are based on the analysis of the monitored offense movement. To train a defense, the system is modified to provide a realistic offence using a head mount display worn by a defense trainee.
