The results of this study confirmed that users are not satisfied with the service quality of the records centers in the local governments as the expectation level is higher than the perception level, with a statistically significant difference. 摘要

摘要本研究以首尔市25个地方自治团体档案中心为研究对象,考察其对服务品质的期望程度与感知程度。为此,通过文献研究和现状调查,制定了一个由5个因素31个项目组成的评价指标。本研究结果证实,用户对地方政府档案中心服务质量不满意,期望水平高于感知水平,差异有统计学意义。本研究对于分析地方政府档案中心服务质量的现状,并提出基于流程质量的改进方案具有重要意义。

A Study on Evaluation of Service Quality for Records Centers in the Local Governments: Based on Seoul Metropolitan City
