More flexible resources are required to prevent price risks and ensure the stable operation of the market. Compared with the supply-side resources, the flexible loads and energy storages hold untapped potential to actively respond to the market price signals. This paper investigates the modeling and integration methods for these resources in the electricity spot market. Firstly, to describe the response characteristics of flexible loads, three kinds of response models are established including shiftable load model, transferable load model, and curtailable load model. An interactive model of energy storage is constructed which considers the charging and discharging process in markets. Moreover, a method for energy storage and flexible load as the market entities to participate in the spot market is proposed. 摘要

随着间歇性可再生能源比重的提高,电力现货市场上经常出现极端电价,如尖峰电价。防范价格风险,保障市场稳定运行,需要更多的灵活资源。与供给侧资源相比,柔性负荷和储能在积极响应市场价格信号方面具有未开发的潜力。本文研究了电力现货市场中这些资源的建模与集成方法。首先,为描述柔性荷载的响应特性,建立了可移动荷载模型、可转移荷载模型和可缩减荷载模型三种响应模型;建立了考虑市场充放电过程的储能交互模型。在此基础上,提出了储能和柔性负荷作为市场主体参与现货市场的方法。最后,通过实例仿真分析了柔性负荷和储能对电力系统调峰的影响,验证了所提模型的有效性。
