On the Degree of Impact of Qualifying Attributes and Aggravating Circumstances on Punishment Imposition
The article defends the thesis that the degree of influence of the qualifying attribute on the appointment of punishment is higher in comparison with the influence of an aggravating circumstance on punishment.
