This study used a qualitative method with observations, interviews, and FGDs. The research subjects are e-commerce business people, logistics practitioners, and staff of shipping service companies. The results show that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact not only on the Indonesian economy as a whole but also on the e-commerce business. The industrial, trade, and transportation & warehousing sectors experienced negative growth. E-commerce business players made various changes in the e-commerce business logistics system to adapt and survive the situation in the new normal era. Before the covid-19 pandemic, e-commerce business players had suppliers with different numbers depending on the needs of each business. The challenges and obstacles faced by the e-commerce logistics system in the new normal era were changes in consumer buying behavior and logistics inefficiency. 摘要

本研究旨在了解COVID-19大流行对电子商务企业的影响,特别是对印度尼西亚电子商务企业物流系统的变化的影响,并找出克服这些问题的策略。本研究采用定性方法,包括观察、访谈和fgd。研究对象为电子商务人士、物流从业人员、航运服务公司员工。结果表明,新冠肺炎疫情不仅对印尼整体经济产生了重大影响,对电子商务业务也产生了重大影响。工业、贸易、运输和仓储部门出现负增长。电子商务企业对电子商务物流体系进行了各种变革,以适应和生存新常态的形势。在新冠肺炎疫情前,电商企业根据不同业务的需求,拥有不同数量的供应商。消费者购买行为的变化和物流效率低下是新常态下电子商务物流系统面临的挑战和障碍。建议从事电子商务的人定期进行市场调查,了解新常态下消费者行为模式的变化、消费者特征,当然还有他们对产品的偏好。
