Research on the Regional Difference of the Performance of China’s Outward Foreign Direct Investment

Under the background of rapid development of China’s outward foreign direct investment (OFDI), there is big difference between the OFDI in China’s different regions due to China’s vast area. It is necessary to study the performance of OFDI in Chinese different regions. Using the OND, this paper analyzes the performance of OFDI in different regions and different provinces, and finds that the higher the level of economic development, the faster the development of OFDI. In order to promote the development of OFDI in different regions and different provinces, this paper puts forward some suggestions such as carrying out OFDI according to different conditions in different regions, pushing OFDI based on the strategy of ‘the Belt and the Road’ and improving the relevant laws and policies.
