Only on this basis can the control be performed under high-performance indicators. In this paper, using the basic ideas of data-driven, a discrete-state model is established for a kind of standing-wave ultrasonic motor by using a nonlinear time series modeling method. And on this basis, a state estimation study is performed. Experiments show that the application of data-driven modeling method can establish a high-precision motor mathematical model. The motor state is estimated based on it.
