And on this basis, a state estimation study is performed. Experiments show that the application of data-driven modeling method can establish a high-precision motor mathematical model. The motor state is estimated based on it. 摘要

超声波电机的控制对数学模型的精度要求很高,对其状态估计的要求也越来越高。只有在此基础上,才能在高性能指标下进行控制。本文利用数据驱动的基本思想,采用非线性时间序列建模方法,建立了一类驻波超声电机的离散状态模型。在此基础上,进行了状态估计研究。实验表明,应用数据驱动建模方法可以建立高精度的电机数学模型。以此估计电机的状态。同时为超声波电机的精确、高效控制提供了良好的条件。
