摘要

多用途智能卡发展的主要障碍之一是内存大小和处理能力的限制。本文利用椭圆曲线密码系统(ECC)作为公钥方案，给出了一个解决方案。讨论了ECC的基本数学原理。在ECC的基础上，我们还在智能卡中加入了数字证书。提出了一种基于ECC证书的多用途智能卡系统的原型。还讨论了几个安全问题。
