焊接精度检测是保证高压陶瓷电容器质量的重要环节。本文的目的是提出一种自动检测焊接后平行度和位置的方法。该方法首先利用CCD相机进行图像采集。接下来,用Canny算子检测边缘。第三,利用改进的霍夫变换求圆,进行并行性检验。第四,采用比较距离的方法进行平行度检验。第五,用最小二乘法确定圆进行位置校核。最后,采用交圆法进行位置检测。在三种不同尺寸的HVCC试验中,验证了该方法的有效性。
