Fuzzy PI and Fuzzy PD controller was developed to replace the existing PID controller. The performances of the controllers are measured and compared with conventional PID controller. 摘要

本文介绍了基于仿真研究的甘油漂白过程模糊控制器(FLC)的研制。利用甘油漂白中试装置的开环阶跃试验,建立了甘油漂白温度的一阶加死区时间(FPODT)模型。开发了模糊PI和模糊PD控制器来取代现有的PID控制器。测量了控制器的性能,并与常规PID控制器进行了比较。结果表明,模糊控制器对甘油漂白温度的控制效果明显优于PID控制器。
