In this study, information was collected from 68 respondents by using questionnaires. The data has been collected, then analyzed by using simple regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that Work life Balance has significant effect on Employee Satisfaction at Food and Beverage Service Department of Grand Hyatt Jakarta Hotel with 0.000 significance level smaller than α (0,050). The effect of Work Life Balance on Employee Job Satisfaction is 22.7%. 摘要

工作生活平衡是影响员工工作满意度的一个因素。本研究旨在分析雅加达君悦酒店餐饮服务部工作生活平衡对员工工作满意度的影响。在本研究中,通过问卷调查的方式收集了68名受访者的信息。收集数据,用SPSS软件进行简单回归分析。本研究结果显示,雅加达君悦酒店餐饮服务部员工满意度受工作与生活平衡的显著影响,其显著性水平为0.000,小于α(0.050)。工作生活平衡对员工工作满意度的影响为22.7%。在工作生活平衡(工作生活平衡)方面,最高受访者的结果是79%的满意度平衡,82%的工作满意度是关于欣赏的。
