Modern aspects of systemic support and improvement of the quality of life of older citizens in the digital economy on the example of the Khabarovsk territory

The article is devoted to the study of socioeconomic aspects of the life of older citizens in Russia, the review of the modern state program "Demography" in the context of improving the quality of life of older citizens, the features of its implementation, including the issues of vocational training and additional vocational education of persons of pre-retirement age in the direction of digitalization and the digital economy for the period 2018-2019; a brief analysis of the effectiveness of the goals of the existing regional programs aimed at education (training), employment promotion, support for physical activity of older people, as well as increasing the availability of medical care and social services, taking into account the needs of older citizens and the use of modern information technologies in the framework of the digital economy program is give.
