FEATURES OF THE PLOT AND COMPOSITION OF LITERARY OLONKHO "ERCHIMEN BERGEN" BY S.S. VASILYEV

. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of the plot and compositional structure of the literary olonkho “Erchimen Bergen” created by S.S. Vasilуev. In the article, based on fundamental works on the study of the Yakut heroic epic I.V. Pukhov, N.V. Emelyanov analyzes the plot of the author's olonkho in comparison with the plots of folk epic legends. As a result of the structural analysis of the Erchimen Bergen olonkho, the compositional features of the plot are identified, representing five conventional parts of the text that correspond to the traditional canon of the development of the plot of the folk epic, and the main differences in the composition of the author’s olonkho are revealed. The author concludes that the plot of the author’s olonkho of the poet is based on the plot of a folk heroic legend, but due to the fact that the olonkho “Erchimen Bergen” is dedicated for children's reading,, the poet specially simplifies the plot.
