摘要

-本研究旨在确定员工绩效是否存在比较和工作环境,以及影响因素。结果表明:(1)薪酬与工作环境同时对员工绩效有显著影响。(2)薪酬与工作环境对员工绩效的影响显著。(3)影响薪酬对员工绩效的主导作用大于工作环境。这说明公司更加重视薪酬问题,以提高员工绩效。
