The hardware of driving system was introduced in details, and then the designs of high-density PCB, structure and technology, with relevant speed control of nested segment and parameters testing procedures, were employed to improve the driver integration and reliability. A DC servo motor with a rated current of 20 amps is used as a test motor. 摘要

针对车载伺服系统对低压、小尺寸、大电流电机驱动的需求,设计并实现了以TI公司TMS320F2812为控制单元,以增量式编码器和小值、大功率传感器电阻为电机速度和电流采集单元,以低压、高功率密度MOSFET为驱动单元的低压、高功率密度电机驱动。详细介绍了驱动系统的硬件设计,采用高密度PCB板的设计、结构和工艺,并采用相应的嵌套分段速度控制和参数测试程序,提高了驱动系统的集成度和可靠性。使用额定电流为20安培的直流伺服电机作为测试电机。实验结果表明,该驱动系统具有稳态精度高、负载响应稳定等优点。
