The meniscus and cartilage are considered as porous media and are modeled as poroelastic materials. The main output is the velocity profile in the knee joint. Results show that the fluid content velocity is maximum through the lateral surfaces. Moreover, effect of aging is studied by varying the permeability of the meniscus. 摘要

本文的目的是建立一个真实的膝关节模型,以确定液体在其内部的行为,基于患者的计算机断层扫描(CT)图像。半月板和软骨被认为是多孔介质,并被建模为多孔弹性材料。主要输出是膝关节的速度分布。结果表明:横向面含液速度最大;此外,通过改变半月板的通透性,研究了老化的影响。研究发现,膝关节内流体流速与渗透性有直接关系。
