摘要

本文提出了一种孤岛运行模式下实现风能-太阳能-水能转换系统可靠协调的控制策略。通过这一综合方案,在气象条件有利、电网连接有限或没有连接的地区,利用取之不尽的资源发电是可行的。在这项工作中,制定了控制技术,以有效的方式利用可用的可再生能源,以几乎恒定的电压和频率向隔离负载提供电力。实现了混合方案的控制策略,并通过仿真验证了其有效性。
