The system can understand an inputted screenplay through a parser then automatically translates it into a relevant motion picture under the direction of a virtual director in place of a human one. The virtual director uses cinematic knowledge to achieve user's intentions through knowledge-based approach. We discuss the design of such a system DMP and the results of its use.
