In this paper, through the survey data of 285 questionnaires from 95 innovative teams, we explore the impact of shared leadership on innovative performance with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable and task complexity as a moderating variable. The results show that: shared leadership influences innovation performance partially through knowledge sharing as mediating role.
