The proposed antenna comprises of SIW cavity with an etched plus-shaped slot on the patch along with three individual and orthogonal micro-strip feed lines of 50 ohms. Here the plus-shaped slot on the upper metallic is contributed as the \"T\"-shaped slot, transverse to the respective orthogonal feed lines, and produces the three distinct resonant frequencies of 8.5GHz, 9.7GHz & 12GHz. By properly selecting the proposed antenna dimensions and parameters, the intrinsic isolation of minimum 23dB is attained between any of the two input ports, which determine the self-triplexing property of the proposed antenna. It has the minimum value of the envelope correlation coefficient of 0.02 and a higher front to back ratio.
