Badruzzaman in fulfilling efforts to print Human Resources who have superior competencies in the Revolution 4.0 era. This method uses a qualitative approach with the Case Study method. Data collection techniques were carried out using direct interviews or via online, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of the student learning and teaching system is carried out through a Hybrid learning system which is carried out in the following stages; 1) Socialization of Hybrid Learning policies and face-to-face obligations, 2) Planning for Hybrid Learning learning system lectures, 3) Mapping online and offline learning schedules 4) Mapping the governance of online and offline learning infrastructure facilities 5) Implementation of Lectures with Hybrid Learning learning system lectures 6 ) Evaluation of Hybrid Learning learning system lectures.
