摘要

本文论述了高校EOP教师专业发展的基本问题,明确了其发展方向。从学历、能力、成绩、领导能力等专业内涵和专业知识、专业实践、专业文化等方面研究大学英语教师应掌握的专业理论、实践能力和教学方法。界定了高校EOP教师专业发展的内涵,解决了什么是EOP教师专业发展的问题。通过对山东省20所高校EOP教师专业发展情况的问卷调查,深入了解目前高校EOP教师的来源以及实际教学、科研等基本情况。同时,分析教师专业发展中存在的问题及其根源,解决高校为什么要开展EOP的问题。针对存在的问题,提出了优化高校EOP教师专业发展的有效途径,解决了EOP教师如何实现专业发展的问题。对丰富和发展EOP教师专业发展理论体系具有一定的指导意义,也为高校促进EOP教师专业发展提供参考和指导。关键词:高校;bgi的;教师专业发展;策略
