Karya Sakti Sejahtera, which is a company engaged in the construction sector in Indonesia. The population of this study was 103 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 103 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods in analyzing research data. The results showed that both Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction had a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, both partially and simultaneously. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定工作投入和工作满意度对PT. Karya Sakti Sejahtera公司员工组织承诺的影响,这是一家从事印度尼西亚建筑行业的公司。本研究的总人数为103人,使用的抽样方法为饱和抽样,因此本研究的样本数量也是103人。本研究采用多元线性回归分析方法对研究数据进行分析。结果表明,工作敬业度和工作满意度对组织承诺都有显著的正向影响,既有部分正向影响,也有同时正向影响。这意味着员工的工作投入和工作满意度越高,员工对公司的组织承诺就越高。
