摘要

存储可靠性是导弹的一项重要技术指标。将导弹故障作为多部件退化故障和随机故障的竞争结果,构建了存储可靠性评估模型。引入马氏距离来评价导弹的健康状态。然后选择反高斯过程进行健康状态退化建模。在假定随机失效概率取决于导弹健康状态退化的前提下,建立了导弹存储可靠性评估模型。最后以一组库存导弹为例,说明了本文方法的合理性和工程适用性。

Storage Reliability Evaluation based on Competing Risks of Degradation Failure and Random Failure for Missiles
